The military offensive by the regime’s army on Damascus Suburbs is escalating resulting with more casualties amongst civilians. An elder man who was killed by shelling shrapnel was added to the list:

Indiscriminate and continual shelling by regime’s forces on the neighbourhoods in the persists for more than two month resulting in more injuries, most of them are critical and almost impossible to treat with limited supplies and equipments due to the tight siege on the city:

Struggle for survival became one of the common daily scenarios in Syria as more civilians get injured by the indiscriminate shelling by the regime’s forces. Those who are injured are not allowed in regular hospitals and will face definite death. Unequipped makeshift hospital is the only alternative and it is targeted by the regime forces as well:
