Casualties and wounded:
                 
Idlib | Al-Rami
The indiscriminate shelling carried out by the Syrian army using heavy weapons resulted in the death of more than 19 civilians while leaving many wounded including children. The following video documents how difficult it is to treat them due to the simple medical capabilities found in the field hospitals, a state which needs to be coped with by these doctors because of the ongoing siege on the province of Idlib:

In addition to this, the young child Mohammad Yusuf Al-Omar was killed during bombardment and his body was mutilated:

Hama | Al-Tremseh
A massacre occurred in the town of Al-Tremseh in the suburbs of Hama, this was carried out by the Syrian regime troops and the regime sponsored gangs using indiscriminate artillery strikes followed by a violent storming of the town. The following video shows a small aspect of the casualties, which reached over 200:

Homs | Al-Houla
Many civilians including children fell victims to the indiscriminate shelling perpetrated against the people of Al-Houla in Homs. The following video documents how the children are crying because of the pain inflicted by the wounds which could not be countered by giving them any painkillers as it is not available at field hospitals:

Damascus | Yarmouk Camp
Security forces opened fire against the demonstrators in Yarmouk Camp leading to many casualties including children, one of which is the following child which can be seen in the video with a serious injury inflicted by sniper fire; he was alive when this video was captured but died later on as the civilians were not able to rescue him (Graphic):

Assaults and Human Rights Violations:

Homs | Al-Rastan
Field hospitals in Al-Rastan are experiencing a daily strain of suffering, as there are dozens of wounded and casualties every day due to the indiscriminate shelling and gunfire by the Syrian army, leading to the availability of only small amounts of medicines. In addition to this, painkillers are not available causing the wounded, especially children, to suffer pain during the healing process:

Idlib | Khan Sheikhoun
As the campaign of collective punishment is imposed by the regime against civilians, the army forces surrounded Khan Sheikhoun and began burning the houses and property of the people:

Bombardment and Destruction:

Hama | Shahshabo Hill
Forces of the Syrian army shelled the homes of civilians in the Shahshabo hill area leaving huge destruction:

Homs | Jourat Al-Shiyah
For a period of over a month, the people of Jourat Al-Shiyah are suffering from daily explosions, destruction of homes and the pulling of dead corpses out from under the rubble due to the bombardment carried out by the Syrian army using a variety of heavy weapons and artillery:

Aleppo | I’zaz
Forces of the Syrian army, including snipers, are stationed inside the mosques in the city while shooting against civilians. The following video clearly shows a tank stationed just outside a mosque while the sounds of shelling can be heard taking place:

Deir Ezzor
