The Syrian Network for Human Rights and Damascus Centre for Human Rights Studies have documented more than 317 violation points of Mr Annan’s Plan on 28-05-2012, including direct gunfire, artillery shelling, raids, and attacks on the peaceful civilians. As a result, many people were killed, others were wounded and many others were arrested.

Areas that witnessed violations of the Plan are:

–              Ar-Raqqa and Rural Ar-Raqqa: witnessed 96 violation points to Mr Annan’s plan in the city of Ar-Raqa, 23 February Street, Abou Elheis, Al-Shammas, Al-Shuhada Sqaure, Slouk At-Tabqa, Al-Mashlab, Al-Thakana, Issa province, Jabal Al-Munkher and Tal Abyadh.
–              Damascus and Rural Damascus: 70 violation points to Mr Annan’s plan in the old markets of Damascus, Al-Mazzeh, Daf Eshouk, Al-Hajar Al-Swad, Al-Midan, Yalda, Yabroud, Rankous, Housh Arab, Issal Al-Qard, Qatana, Kafre, Batna, Zamalka, Hamouria, Douma, Saqba and Al-Kiswa.
–              Darra: 67 violation points to Mr Annan’s proposal Kherbit Ghazalah, Al-Gharia Al-Gharbia, Qarfa, Al-mseifra, At-Taiba, Al-Hara, Saida, Al-Hirak, Nimre, Kafr Nasij, Izraa, Atman, Kafr Shams, Asheikh Maskin, Taseel, Inkhel, Da’el, Busra Al-Sham and Heit.
–              Hama and Rural Hama: 54 points in Hama city, Al-Andalus, Janoub Al-Mal’ab, At-Treimsa, Al-Kareem, Al-Arba’een, Aleppo Road, Al-Ulailiat, Kazou, Al-Vilat and The North Entrance.
–              Dier Ezzor: 54 points in Aj-Joura, Ad-Dala, Aj-Jbeila, Ar-Risafa, Al-Bu Umar, Al-Umal, Mo Hasan, Al-Miadeen, Al-Qureya and Shnan.
–              Homs and Rural Homs: 40 points in Al-Houl, Jouret Asheyah, Al-Qarabees, The Old City, Joubar, Karm Ashami, Khider, Al-Qusour, Karm Az-Zitoun, Al-Insha’at, Baba Amr, Al-Ghouta, Al-Quseir, Al-Nizareya and Ein Zarqa.
–              Idleb and Rural Idleb: 37 points in Idleb City, Has, Uram Al-Jouz, Ihsem Al-Ghadaqa, Darqoush, An-Nairab, Areeha, Taftanaz, Mukhayam Kalas, Babal Hawa and Khan Sheikhoun.
–              Aleppo and Rural Aleppo: 32 points in Al-Atarib, The University Square, Minbij, Akhtareen, As-Sahara, Al-Jeina, Kafr Nasih, Kafr Karmeen, Hayan, Al-Hamdaneya and Jarablus.
–              Latakia: 13 points in Mashrou As-Slaiba, Latakia city, Port Said, Alhifa, Jabla, Kansba province.
–              Tartous: 4 points in Banyas and Al-Hdiel.
