Damascus Center for Human Rights Studies documented on Sunday 17/8/2014 Forty Two (42) victims who were killed in different cities across Syria, most of them fell in Hama, Damascus and its suburb, Homs and Idlib. Also, DCHRS documented Two (2) victims who have fallen on a previous day.
