The Damascus Center for Human Rights Studies documented on Tuesday 19-02-2013 (145) one hundred and forty-five victims who were killed in several cities across Syria, mostly in Damascus and its suburb, and Aleppo. Also the center documented three other victims who were killed in previous days.
