The Syrian regime continues to impose its’ collective punishment against the uprising towns and cities by bombarding them and by cutting of their fuel supplies, creating a huge lack in fuel which in turn makes the civilians suffer from the high prices, not to mention this fuel will be used to warm themselves during winter:
