Palestinians have   participated very effectively during protests and marches, many   Palestinian activists also stood out in Homs, specifically in the   medical aid and relief work.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0The Syrian regime\u2019s army and security force\u2019s bullets did not   distinguish between a Syrian and a Palestinian, or a child or a woman,   especially during the periods of violent, indiscriminate shelling where   many people were losing their lives without discrimination of religion   or race or nationality<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0However, Palestinians were somewhat directly targeted by the Syrian   regime; an evidence of this is the widespread detention campaigns which   reached a large number of them. The Syrian network for human rights   documented more than 1 500 Palestinian citizens who have either   disappeared or have been detained and are subjected to torture along   side Syrian detainees. 9 Palestinian detainees have lost their lives due   to systematic brutal torture.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Khamees Omar Al Hariri from Al Raml neighbourhood in Palestine was   arrested by the political security forces in Lattakia, he was tortured   till death in a Syrian prison and his corpse was returned with signs of   torture on 21-12-2011<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mohammad Samer Abu Jom\u2019ah was arrested in Tartous on 07-09-2011 and   was taken to Sadnaya Prison and tortured for months till death and his   dead body was returned with signs of torture on 09-05-2012<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ahmad Badr Al Sa\u2019bi was tortured till death in Sadnaya prison, he a   Palestinian citizen from Al Raml Al Janoubi in Lattakia, his corpse was   returned to the camps with signs of torture on 09-05-2012<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mahmoud Fahad Khalil from Al Raml neighbourhood in Palestine, he   lived Lattakia and was arrested by the political security forces, he was   tortured till death in \u00a0prison, his corpse was returned with sings of   torture on 23 -05-2012<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Abu Fahad Ja\u2019afar lived in Douma in Rural Damascus and was arrested   by the security forces, he was tortured till death in prison, his   lifeless body was returned with sings of torture on 14-07-2012<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mohammad Al Masri from Tseel town in Daraa was arrested by the   security forces, he was tortured till death, his corpse was returned   with signs of torture on 14-07-2012<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Hassam Abdullah Ahmad resided in AL Yarmouk camp in Damascus, his   body was found in the street by the camps residents on 07-11-2012<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?fbid=444731315573444\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?fbid=444731315573444<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On 07-11-2012, the residents of Al Yarmouk camp found the following   dead body of a Palestinian citizen, however, nobody could identify the   name (from the dozens who were arrested)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?fbid=550947564919790\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?fbid=550947564919790<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Maher Ahmad Al Rabdawi was tortured till death and his corpse was returned on 09-09-2012<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Syrian network for human rights documented the deaths of 376   Palestinian citizens who were killed by the Syrian government\u2019s forces   from 18-03-2012 till 15-11-2012. The martyrs are all documented in   names, pictures, videos, dates of martyrdom and place.<\/p>\n<p>They consist of 24 children, 32 women and 9 tortured till death<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The following attachment contains the details, names, dates,   locations and videos which document the names and pictures of the   martyrs<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/syrianhr.org\/Upload\/savefiles\/Plastine.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/syrianhr.org\/Upload\/savefiles\/Plastine.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We, the Syrian network for human rights as an organisation which aims   to protect human\u2019s rights believe that the Syrian regime holds the   total responsibility of the torture and death of Palestinians and all   the implications of the reactions towards these actions.<\/p>\n<p>The Syrian network for human rights also condemns Israel\u2019s brutal   attack on the civilians of Gaza and we consider all these actions as war   crimes which the international community must punish.<\/p>\n<p>International human rights organisations around the world must take   action immediately to pressurise the governments which support and   supply weapons and political shelter, which facilitates the killing, and   the evasion of punishment and accusations by Arabs.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We demand from the international community including the United   Nations and the Security Council to take action immediately to protect   the civilians in Syria and in Gaza and to take deterrent action which   ensures the dignity and freedom of humans.
