\n The Syrian forces are increasing their use of summary executions for the past two months. This method along with other forms of collective punishment are being used after citizens are arbitrarily detained. Alqadam was subject to these crimes.

\n Mousa Mohammed Rudwan was killed as he and his family attempted to flee from Altadamun, Damascus. It is noteworthy that many people are killed by sniper fire as they leave their homes.

\n The daily shelling of cities causes heavy human losses. Many civilians flee in fear of an invasion. An invasion is considered more dangerous than shelling, causing collective fleeing.
