\nMany casualties have been documented today as the Syrian army continues to attack unarmed citizens in Al-Meidan neighbourhood in the heart of Damascus. Just like the case with the victim in the following video, members of the neighbourhood are unable to take them to hospitals as it is blocked from all sides by the Syrian army (Graphic):

\nAgain, houses have become makeshift hospitals which are now filled with casualties who have not been able to reach any hospital due to the blockade imposed by the Syrian army (Graphic):

\nDamascus Suburbs | Al-Sayyida Zainab<\/u><\/strong>
\nAs the citizens of Al-Sayyida Zainab attended a funeral, missiles launched by the Syrian regime hailed on them, causing a number of casualties to join the ranks of the dead as the following video shows a small number of them (Graphic):

\n A five year old child in Al-Jbeili neighbourhood was killed today as a rocket fell on his family home today due to the bombardment carried out by the Syrian army against Deir Ezzor:

\n Citizens of Arbeen begin to flee their homes leaving their belongings behind in an attempt to escape with their lives as to not knowing when a rocket may fall on their home or not:

\n The citizens of Homs are suffering from the kidnapping of their family members by the Syrian army and security forces who then return them as dead corpses or with severe injuries such as the following casualty in the field hospital who doctors are attempting to treat using simple capabilities:
