\n More and more civilians are still fleeing from the city of Al-Rastan every day due to the continuous bombardment on the neighbourhood carried out by the Syrian army forces. The ongoing blockade is also affecting the lives of the people as it is leading to a lack of food and pressure on the civilians:

\n Under the collective punishment imposed on the rebelling towns and cities, forces of the Syrian army are preventing the arrival of fuel to the town except in small quantities, leading to long queues which civilians have to wait hours in:
