The Syrian Network for Human Rights and Damascus Centre for Human Rights Studies have documented more than 317 violation points of Mr Annan\u2019s Plan on 28-05-2012, including direct gunfire, artillery shelling, raids, and attacks on the peaceful civilians. As a result, many people were killed, others were wounded and many others were arrested. <\/p>\n

Areas that witnessed violations of the Plan are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ar-Raqqa and Rural Ar-Raqqa: witnessed 96 violation points to Mr Annan\u2019s plan in the city of Ar-Raqa, 23 February Street, Abou Elheis, Al-Shammas, Al-Shuhada Sqaure, Slouk At-Tabqa, Al-Mashlab, Al-Thakana, Issa province, Jabal Al-Munkher and Tal Abyadh.
\n –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Damascus and Rural Damascus: 70 violation points to Mr Annan\u2019s plan in the old markets of Damascus, Al-Mazzeh, Daf Eshouk, Al-Hajar Al-Swad, Al-Midan, Yalda, Yabroud, Rankous, Housh Arab, Issal Al-Qard, Qatana, Kafre, Batna, Zamalka, Hamouria, Douma, Saqba and Al-Kiswa.
