\nA barbaric and horrific massacre was perpetrated at the hands of regime forces in Hama on Tuesday. Security forces used knives to slaughter a whole family, as well as the taxi driver transporting them in his car. The mother and her children were travelling back from Sahl Al-Ghab to their home in Hama. Their bodies were found altogether, except for the four month old baby boy, who was found in Mesyaf National Hospital completely decapitated. The video shows the father as he is identifying his children in the most horrific and unimaginable scene to any parent:

\n Major and critical surgeries are taking place in a makeshift hospital with vey basic instrument and severe shortage of medical supplies and equipments since the security forces occupied the hospitals. This is a surgery in the abdomen repairing a tear and placing the intestine back:
