It follows the structure of the general  guidelines adopted by the Human Rights Council. Information included herein has  been systematically referenced in endnotes. The report has been prepared taking  into consideration the four-year periodicity of the first cycle of the review.<\/p>\n<p> In the absence of recent information, the latest available reports and  documents have been taken into consideration, unless they are outdated.
