{"id":1176,"date":"2013-03-22T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2013-03-22T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","slug":"","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dchrs.org\/?p=1176","title":{"rendered":"All sides must stop attacks on civilians"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>22 March 2013<\/p>\n<p>Amnesty International called on all parties to the Syrian armed   conflict to abide by international humanitarian law and end attacks   which target or indiscriminately kill and injure civilians after dozens   were killed and injured in an explosion in a Damascus mosque on 21 March   2013. <\/p>\n<p>Among those reported killed in the mosque was a prominent   Sunni Muslim cleric Mohammad al-Bouti, a supporter of President Bashar   al-Assad.
