Muhammad Jameel Rahmah
Jameel has been born in 1995 in al-Qaboun neighborhood in Damascus. He lives in an ancient small Arabic house facing the neighborhoodís water tank. Jameel is the breadwinner of his family, his mother and three sisters who are younger than him. His father had passed away in 2010, so Jameel had to work to meet the needs of his family.
Just like many free Syrians, he called for freedom, justice and dignity and participated in all the demonstrations in al-Qaboun neighborhood in Damascus. He contributed to the revolution by writing sings, and banners condemning despotism, injustice and corruption, particularly stealing the wealth of the country. He left his work to be an activist; he totally dedicated his time, efforts and strength to the revolution against injustice and aggression.

Having investigated and detected Jameelís activities and contributions to the revolution, particularly to the media, Air Force Intelligence detained him on 22/07/2011. He had been detained for 115 days. He related the different types and methods of torture he was subject to at Air Force Intelligence detention facilities like electricity shocks and tying him to a car tyre to torture him let alone psychological torture of humiliation or threats of liquidation and denying him food and medicine and so and so forth.
All different kinds and methods of barbaric torture Jameel had been subject to did not quell him. Having took a rest for his body, he returned back to doing his activities with more energy and vigour. His main mission because of which he was killed was spraying the walls of the neighborhood with graffiti calling for justice, freedom and toppling this regime of dictatorship and slavery. He was a real threat to the Assadís intelligence agencies as he was decorating the walls of the neighborhood with the most amazing graffiti day and night.
These videos show the spray man, Jameel, writing the slogans: Freedom forever whether you like it or not, Assad; Bashar, You Are Going to Be Ousted; Syria is Free and many other beautiful graffiti.
In the morning of Friday 06/07/2012, while he was doing his usual activities of writing anti-regime graffiti calling for toppling the regime and for freedom, he was killed with a gunshot by Assadís security forces. He was killed while carrying the sprayer he was using to call for freedom.
He was very dedicated to doing his mission in each protest. He had decorated the walls of the neighbourhood with the most beautiful anti-regime graffiti.
