the Syrian regime has P re-empted the arrival of the UN envoy to Damascus via Lebanon Mr. El-Akhdar El-Ebrahimi with terrible massacres covered most of the nation and included more than / 310 / geographical points and locations with aerial bombardment using (Russian Mig fighters), since Mr. El-Ebrahimi could not be able to land in Damascus International Airport on Sunday 23/12/2012. These Russian Mig fighters did bombard these targets with explosive drums, cluster bombs, toxic chemicals, gases. And also firing all kinds of missiles.

In Damascus and its suburb: Fiftieth victim, in Aleppo: Twenty-three victim, in Hama: Seventeen victim, in Homs: Thirteen victim, in Daraa, Idlib: Twelve victim each, in Deir Ezzor: Nine victims, Al-Raqqa and Al-Qenitra : One victim each.

Syria: Army Using New Type of Cluster Munition Rocket Attacks and Explosive Remnants Cause Civilian Casualties

(Washington, DC) – Syrian forces are using notoriously indiscriminate rockets that contain explosive submunitions. Evidence indicates that Syrian forces used BM-21 Grad multi-barrel rocket launchers to deliver cluster munitions in attacks near the city of Idlib in December 2012 and in Latamneh, a town northwest of Hama, on January 3, 2013.
